While often it is thought that apartment living is driven by lifecycle, what has become evident is that it is more about reducing the level of work and enjoying life more.
The move into an apartment was also driven by residents' desire to live closer to the city or waterfronts (beach and river) with apartments being a more prevalent and cost effective option in these areas.
