Jeavons Lane adds spark

For the second year in a row Transactional Property has secured the precinct rejuvenation category at the Apartment Awards for Excellence (QLD).

This development nearly did not get off the ground, such was the uncertainty of COVID as well as escalating construction prices. 

Located in an area where street retail was dwindling, the intent of this development was to set a new tone for Stone’s Corner. 

Recruiting a highly successful coffee brewer and café as well as florist, this redevelopment has enlivened this key corner and demonstrated that upmarket businesses can thrive in what has been to date, a challenging environment.

This project has been successful in being a finalist for the National Awards in Sydney on 14 November.
