AGM Meeting attendance
We can attend your AGM and speak to the lot owners, Committee or strata manager on the issues that you are facing. We can advocate for your rights.
Liaise with your Strata Manager
Sometimes lot owners have conflicts with their strata manager. AAA can intervene and provide support with the aim of creating a working relationship.
Defects Assistance
If you are having problems with defects in your building or apartment then we can contact the builder or developer on your behalf and negotiate a positive outcome. We can also refer you to specialists who can assess your apartment or complex.
Review documents
We can review strata minutes, correspondence and the like and advise or refer you to legal support.
