PICA, Australia's largest strata management company has branched out into the domain of renewable energies and are now bulk buying solar power for their Owner's Corporations, and providing savings of up to $60,000 per annum. Plus as they are purchasing this energy from commercial solar power farms, their strata's do not need to invest or maintain the infrastructure in their buildings!
