HAL Architects scoop two awards

HAL Architects were awarded Diversity in Housing Choice for their Oakman Residences project (Feltham Property) and Boutique for another by Jadecorp and named Bijou.

The Oakman Residences development was recognised for its smart planning and how it transformed a parcel of underutilised school-owned land to accommodate a variety of housing options including townhouses, apartments and a beautiful traditional Queenslander, which is home to a family. 

The outlook across native bush parklands and the sense of a true enclave reflected an prime example of creating a vibrant and eclectic community.

Oakman Residences was successful to now proceed as a finalist for the National Apartment Awards.

Bijou comprised of only eight apartments, which were spaciously appointed and secured fantastic views of the Brisbane CBD skyline.

Cabinetry and carefully chosen interior elements reflect a bespoke finish that reflects true boutique suave.
