National winners celebrate

The Australian Apartment Advocacy hosted its National Awards last Friday with 19 companies from NSW, QLD and Victoria recognised across 14 categories for their excellence.
Held at Crown Towers with spectacular views across Melbourne and complete with emcee Rob Shehadie of SBS Fat Pizza the 80 guests joined in with YMCA and a Michael Jackson dance off, in true keeping with AAA having the most fun awards night.
Sam Reece, CEO of AAA paid special tribute to Opal Towers Committee, Victoria St Collective by Zen Architects and Local Residential for their housing impact initiative.
"We hold the word excellence to its true meaning and the leadership we have witnessed by the winners of the 2026 National Awards demonstrates that there are companies who take significant pride in how they design and execute apartments and they are the top 1% and we are delighted to recognise them accordingly."
