Frasers Property proudly received multiple accolades at the NSW Apartment Awards for Excellence last Friday night, securing two special commendations for Midtown MacPark in the categories of affordability and precinct rejuvenation, along with the Best Regional award for Nautilus on the Waterfront.
The Midtown MacPark development has transformed an 8.2ha site into a masterplanned community that will include a primary school, a third of the area dedicated to public open space, retail outlets, a public gym and pool, two childcare centers, and homes for 6,500 residents with 3,300 apartments. It stands as the first carbon-neutral development in Macquarie Park and offers excellent walkability for its residents.
Moreover, having delivered over 750 apartments to date, Frasers decisively included 259 community housing apartments and 130 affordable units. This sets a powerful example for the private development sector and government, proving that affordability can be achieved with the right mindset and focus.
Nautilus on the Waterfront, the proud recipient of the best regional award, establishes a new standard for luxury apartment living on the NSW South Coast. Dominating a prime harbourfront location with breathtaking views of the world-class Shellharbour Marina and the vast Pacific Ocean, this project features 116 apartments spread across two buildings. These are designed around a communal area boasting lush, mature landscaping, an elliptical pool with pergolas, and a private rooftop terrace equipped with a gymnasium, yoga platform, and covered entertainment spaces.
