AAA Board
AAA is a not for profit organisation which currently has a five member Board, made up of the following:
Guy is a lawyer with forty years of experience in the dispute resolution area of the law.
He has a diverse practice including having been involved in the Work Health and Safety area along with a general commercial litigation practice.
He has been involved in matters in all state and federal courts and also represented clients in commercial arbitrations. He is also a qualified journalist.
Francis has a background working for multi-national companies, government and in his own consultancy along with ten years’ experience as a Director, including being the Chair of a Not-for-Profit aged care company. His experience includes managing large scale property and residential development and residential tenancies.
As an apartment dweller he has, like many others experienced the trauma that results when poor construction, compliance and regulatory failure leaves apartment owners and body corporates dealing with the outcome of factors beyond their control.
He brings these experiences, governance skills and technical knowledge to the AAA Board.
Wen is a corporate development executive with over 18 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, financial analysis, strategy and planning.
He is currently the Head of Corporate Development for mid-cap mining company Mount Gibson Iron, having previously spent time with BHP, Deloitte, Macquarie Group and Wesfarmers.
He is also a Research Grants Advisory Committee Member with the Cancer Council of Western Australia.

Samantha Reece
B. Edu, B. Comm, CEO
Founder and CEO of Australian Apartment Advocacy, Samantha has worked in the property sector for over 20 years providing strategic advice on community consultation and marketing.
Previously sitting on a variety of Boards including Perth Football League, Samantha is also a published author.

Simone Wright
CA, BBus, BCom (QLD)
Simone is a finance professional with twenty years of experience across public practice and industry. Currently CFO of a private developer and builder, Simone is focused on delivering high quality residential apartment projects in inner Brisbane. Her role incorporates many aspects of development and construction including property transactions and settlements, funding, project feasibility and development applications.
She is a Chartered Accountant with substantial prior experience in corporate tax consulting with Ernst & Young.
